I believe in all my heart that movement is the oxygen to our body. Movement is healing.
We need it to be able to live a full and healthy life.
Since I was a young girl, I knew that dance had to become an important part of my life. I went to a classical ballet and it tasted like more. During high school everything revolved around dance and this was continued at a dance academy in my hometown, Israel.
During the years I kept on dancing and took courses, workshops and a higher education in special
movement for kids, at “Wingate Academy” for sport and dancing.
After 4 pregnancies I had to take a break from dancing and looked for a rehabilitation method not only for the body but also for the soul. During that period, I started to practice with a personal pilates trainer and found out about the
Pilates method, which was “love from first try” . I rehab from a back pain and disc herniation and could go back to normal life.
Since then, 7 years now I have been taking Pilates reformer and mat lessons on a regular basis and it was clear to me that this is it. This is what I want to do as my second career.
4 years ago I moved with my family to the Netherlands, I joined the intensive mat and reformer Pilates education at “K`dans studio in motion '' in Den Haag. I Finished my education and became a Stott Pilates instructor at the same studio where I was practicing.
I continue to be inspired and develop myself gaining knowledge and follow courses, training and
